Who don`t want to live healthy and longer? There`re people who would give everything to know the `secret` of living longer. Actually prof. Karl Pillemer form Cornell university, has recently published a book named `30 lessons of life- Proved experiences of Americans`, which is a manual of simple advices of the people who have lived long.
A research done with 1 500 persons, have demonstrated the experiences of people who lived for 70-100 years.
Here are listed some of `the secrets` from the people included in the research:
1.Remember life is short!
The study of professor Pillemer has started simply with the question: `Which are the most important lessons you have learned from life? The targets which were different people, with different profiles and experiences, all of them gave the same answer. Life is short.

Almost all of the persons included in the research have been through hard times and economic problems as well, but despite that they have write that is really important to do what you love to do, to work the job which gives you pleasure.

3.Try to be healthy!
The modern times, the
unhealthy way of consuming meals per day, the daily stress of life – doesn`t
mean that are the elements which kill us! But are indicators which reduce our
quality of life.
Instead of writing `Don`t smoke`, `Eat healthy`, they wrote only one thing; `Behave good with your body, like you are going to need it for 100 years more`.

The study has also discovered how important is to know and to be responsible for our own happiness. Targets of research recommends that in a sort of way people have to be happy even for little things that happen in their daily life.

The participants of this study have surprised a little prof. Pilleman, answering the question: “What do you feel sorry about your part?’’ as follow: I feel bad of being so much sorry about things that doesn`t matter at all.
